TUITION FEES

The cost of tuition for the full 1-week program has been fixed at € 2350 (VAT not included).

Registration fees for the summer academy cover all academic programs,  daily coffee breaks and lunches at the four-star Hotel Igeretxe, as well as the social activities. A number of scholarships will be offered to Ph.D candidates and post-doctoral researchers to assist with enrolment fees.

Please note that accommodation and transportation from/to the airport is not covered.

PAYMENT

Upon acceptance to the program, applicants will receive an invoice with a reference number. Payments may be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated in the invoice.

Payments of tuition fees need to be done within 3 weeks upon reception of your admission letter to the program. You will not be considered as registered if your payment arrives after that date.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

In the event of cancellation before 1 of June, 95% of the paid tuition fee will be refunded. After that date and before the start of the program, 55% of the tuition fee will be refunded. No refund will be given after the start of the program.
